Project Overview

This mobile application digitises internal company workflows that were previously handled on paper and in messaging apps. Managers assign tasks, follow progress and see the status of every process from one screen, while employees receive their work with clear priorities and deadlines. Permissions are handled by role, so each person sees exactly what belongs to them. Task changes synchronise instantly across devices and are backed by automatic notifications, which keeps the whole team working from the same, up-to-date picture.
